daily activities of maintenance crew, applying pesticides and fertilizers, and
the ability to operate various equipment.
Requirements: 2 or 4 year degree in Agronomy or 2 years
golf maintenance experience is preferred.
Must posses a TDA pesticide license or obtain a license
within 90 days of hire date. BI-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus. This
is a perfect opportunity for a spray technician or foreman to gain more experience.

This is a 36 hole facility, which hosts
the annually televised EDS Byron Nelson Championship each May.
Duties: Supervision of the day to day
maintenance, irrigation management and repair, management
of fertilizer and pesticide applications,
scheduling of staff, purchasing decisions, budgeting process,
forecasting, and administrative duties,
plus many others. This position reports to the
Director of Golf and Landscape
Operations.
The ideal candidate will possess
outstanding people management skills plus a 2-4 year degree in
horticulture. Previous landscape experience management is required as well
as the willingness
to teach and learn, and must have or
obtain a Pesticide Application license.
Bi-lingual in
English & Spanish is preferred.
Salary is commensurate with
